1. Definitions & Applicability
The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" — The tk333 website (tk333.mom) and all associated services, pages, and features.
- "Player" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on tk333 or is using the platform.
- "Account" — A personal profile registered on tk333, unique to each user.
- "Wallet" — The internal balance within an account that holds deposited funds, winnings, and bonus amounts.

2. Account Registration & Management

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, within the same household, from the same IP address, or on the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
tk333 may request documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, birth registration certificate, or documents proving account ownership. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in withdrawals being suspended or the account being temporarily closed.
3. Age & Eligibility Requirements
21+ Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to use tk333 services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
A person is considered eligible to use tk333 only if they meet the following conditions:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Using the platform entirely of their own free will and judgement.
- Using their own funds, not on behalf of another person.

tk333 reserves the right to verify the age of any player. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and if such an account is identified, the relevant authorities may be notified.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Funds can currently be deposited and withdrawn on tk333 through the following methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The mobile financial service operated by the Postal Department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
4.2 Minimum Limits
Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Deposit Rules
Please keep the following in mind when depositing funds into your account:
- The account used for the deposit must match the name on the tk333 account.
- Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
- The deposit amount must be within the maximum limit of the payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Rules
Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure:

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at tk333, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳32,000, they will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 — a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonus cash cannot be transferred to another account.
- A second bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
- If the original deposit is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the associated bonus may be cancelled.
- tk333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If abuse of the bonus system is detected, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
tk333's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
A player can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and playing consistently. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to eligible players' wallets.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Conditions
Each game on tk333 is run according to specific rules. It is advisable to read the rules of a particular game before starting. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error occurs during a game or transaction, the result of that round may be voided and the wagered amount will be returned. tk333 is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.
6.3 Game Integrity
tk333 is committed to ensuring the fairness and integrity of games. If any game manipulation, cheating, or software exploit is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
6.4 Sports Betting
Markets are available for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the match. If a match is cancelled or left undecided, a decision will be made in accordance with tk333's specific policy. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk333 platform:
- Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
- Depositing or withdrawing through third-party payment accounts.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate game software.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards other players or staff.
- Attempting to exploit identified platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain (please report these to support instead).
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or entity.
If any of the above activities are detected, tk333 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.
8. Account Suspension & Closure

tk333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- For security reasons or during an ongoing investigation.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player
A player may close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any remaining balance before closure will be available for withdrawal, subject to applicable terms.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
